Jingdong Group to Invest in and Build Multiple Cooperation Projects in Jiangsu Province in the Next Five years

 (Yicai Global) Dec 01 —中國電子商務(wù)巨頭京東集團(tuán)[Nasdaq:JD]周三與江蘇省政府簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，將在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、現(xiàn)代物流、數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)和創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域展開合作。未來五年，京東將在江蘇省境內(nèi)投資建設(shè)多個(gè)合作項(xiàng)目。

(Yicai Global) Dec. 1 – Jingdong Group (京東集團(tuán)) [Nasdaq:JD], an e-commerce giant in China, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the government of Jiangsu province on Wednesday, under which both sides will cooperate in multiple areas including Internet, modern logistics, data services and entrepreneurship and innovation. Jingdong Group will invest to build a number of cooperation projects in Jiangsu in the next five years.

根據(jù)協(xié)議，京東將在江蘇省內(nèi)進(jìn)行電子商務(wù)流通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，包括建設(shè)縣區(qū)配送體系和社區(qū)自提柜，以及各級(jí)服務(wù)中心等，實(shí)現(xiàn)縣區(qū)配送全覆蓋。

Jingdong Group will carry out infrastructure construction of e-commerce circulation in Jiangsu, including the delivery system in counties and districts, community-based pick-up lockers, and various levels of service centers, to enable full coverage of delivery in counties and districts, according to the agreement.

京東還將與江蘇省的商家共享京東物流資源，提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)店鋪、專業(yè)市場(chǎng)等。同時(shí)推動(dòng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品上網(wǎng)營銷，建設(shè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品全過程信息溯源體系等。

Jingdong Group will also share its logistics resources with merchants within Jiangsu, to provide online stores and professional markets, etc. In the meantime, it will promote online marketing of farm products, and construct full-process information traceability system for farm products.

京東稱，將向江蘇省政府開放云計(jì)算大數(shù)據(jù)等技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，建設(shè)數(shù)字化服務(wù)平臺(tái)。

Jingdong Group said it will open technologies, products and services including cloud computing and big data to Jiangsu government, to build a digitalized service platform.
