Crisis
危機(jī)
A crisis is a major disruption (such as fire, pandemic, natural disaster, power outage, workplace violence to an employee, IT and telecom failure, etc) directly affecting the CWT organization and not solved by activation of the Business Continuity Plan.
危機(jī)是指直接影響CWT部門,并且通過啟用業(yè)務(wù)可持續(xù)計(jì)劃無法解決的重大干擾(如火災(zāi)、流行病、自然災(zāi)害、停電事故、對(duì)一名員工的工作場所暴力行為、IT與電信故障等)。 A crisis can also be a situation of major disruption/incident potentially affecting the safety and security of travelers of that organization.
A crisis is as well always when the reputation and/or the brand of the company are exposed and/or when a CWT employee is physically injured during the course of his/her work.
危機(jī)也可以指可能影響某部門旅客安全的重大干擾情況/事件。
危機(jī)通常也指公司信譽(yù)和/或品牌受到影響的情況,和/或CWT員工在其工作期間遭受人身傷害的情況。 All disruptions/incidents shall be reported to Regional and/or Headquarters management in order to ensure the timely activation of the relevant crisis organization.
The relevant crisis team (Regional or Corporate) will coordinate management of the situation with all the locations involved.

啟用審核清單將指導(dǎo)在啟用業(yè)務(wù)可持續(xù)計(jì)劃時(shí)需采取的步驟。上述6種情況均有各自的啟用審核清單。 It is the responsibility of the office BCP owner to define with department managers of the office who activates the BCP and manages activation check- lists if needed (ensure efficient coordination).
若有必要,辦公室BCP負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)與該辦公室的部門經(jīng)理共同確定,啟動(dòng)BCP和管理啟動(dòng)審核清單的人選(確保高效協(xié)調(diào))。
The Recovery Checklist provides guidance on what actions need to be taken following the activation of Business Continuity Plan to bring the CWT office back to normal operations.
恢復(fù)審核清單將指導(dǎo)在業(yè)務(wù)可持續(xù)計(jì)劃啟用之后需要采取的措施,以便使CWT辦公室恢復(fù)正常運(yùn)營。
If needed, the BCP owner of the office shall ensure proper coordination between the different department managers of the office during the recovery phase.
若有必要,辦公室BCP負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)保證,在恢復(fù)階段,與辦公室各部門經(jīng)理進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)膮f(xié)調(diào)。
