⑴給水
(1) Water Supply
已建工程生活用水由自來水管網(wǎng)供給，年取用量為xm3/d（xm3/a）。
Domestic water for the built project is supplied by the tap water network and the water intake quantity is xm3/d (xm3/a).
已建工程生產(chǎn)用水取自桃溪河，經(jīng)廠內(nèi)凈水站處理后用于生產(chǎn)，生產(chǎn)用水量為xm3/d（x萬m3/a）。工程設(shè)除鹽水制備站，制備符合要求的除鹽水供焚燒爐余熱鍋爐的補給水使用，用水量xm3/d。
Production water for the built project comes from Taoxi River and is used for production after water treatment by the in-plant water purification station, the production water is xm3/d (xm3/a). The project sets up a demi. water preparation station for supplying qualified demi. water to HRSGs of incinerators as make-up water. The water consumption quantity is xm3/d.
循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)循環(huán)水量為xm3/d，水循環(huán)率達到x%。已建工程水量平衡見圖3.2-1。
The circulating water quantity of the circulating water system is xm3/d and the water-circulating rate reaches x%. See Fig. 3.2-1 for the water balance chart of the built project.

(2) Drainage
已建工程產(chǎn)生的冷卻塔排水作為清下水排入桃溪河，產(chǎn)生量xm3/d；垃圾滲濾液、沖洗水、生活污水經(jīng)廠內(nèi)深度處理后回用不排放。
Drainage from the cooling tower of the built project is discharged into Taoxi River as clean drainage with generating quantity of xm3/d; waste leachate, flushing water and domestic water are recycled through in-plant advanced treatment but not drained.
⑶供配電
(3) Power Supply and Distribution
全年用電x萬kWh，由發(fā)電機組供應。另從地區(qū)電網(wǎng)要回一路xkV作為廠內(nèi)保安電源，以備xkV停用和停機時廠內(nèi)部分用電。
The power consumption is xkWh/a throughout a year which is supplied by the power generation unit. One additional xkV power circuit is required from local grid as in-plant emergency power source for in-plant partial power use when xkV power cut or shutdown.
⑷輸(送)電
(4) Power Transmission (Delivery)
發(fā)電機組發(fā)出的電量經(jīng)主控樓升壓站xkV后，在百家變接入地區(qū)電網(wǎng)，全年發(fā)電量x萬kWh。
Power sent by the generation unit is connected into local grid at Baijia Substation after being boosted to xkV by the main control building, with x kWh/a generating capacity.
⑸儀表及自動控制系統(tǒng)
(5) Instrumentation and Automatic Control System
設(shè)置一套計算機分散控制系統(tǒng)（DCS），在集中控制室內(nèi)以彩色LCD/鍵盤作為主要監(jiān)視和控制手段，實現(xiàn)整個垃圾焚燒廠的x臺垃圾焚燒爐及其配套的余熱鍋爐、煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)、x臺汽輪機組及其配套的汽水系統(tǒng)，以及其它配套的公共系統(tǒng)的集中監(jiān)視管理和分散控制。
Set up one set of Computer Distributed Control System (DCS), by taking colored LCD/keyboard as main monitoring and control means in the centralized control room, to achieve the centralized monitoring management and distributed control of x sets of waste incinerators and their supporting HRSGs, flue gas purification system, x set of steam turbine unit and its supporting steam and water system, and other supporting public system.
⑹壓縮空氣 (6) Compressed Air
壓縮空氣站負責供應全廠所有作業(yè)點的壓縮空氣用量，廠區(qū)設(shè)壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)和儀表用壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)兩部分。
The compressed air station is responsible for supplying compressed air to all work points as needed. Two parts are equipped in plant, i.e., compressed air system and instrument compressed air system.
⑺點火及輔助燃燒
(7) Ignition and Auxiliary Firing
為提供焚燒線及垃圾低熱值狀況下的輔助燃油，全廠設(shè)置集中油庫及油泵房一座。輔助燃油采用0#輕柴油。
To provide incineration line and auxiliary fuel under low caloric value of wastes, the whole plant will set up a centralized oil depot and oil pump room. Use 0# light diesel as auxiliary fuel.
每臺焚燒爐和鍋爐各配1臺點火燃燒器和1臺輔助燃燒器，年柴油用量約為xt。
Each set of incinerator and boiler is equipped with one set of ignition burner and one set of auxiliary burner respectively with xt/a diesel consumption quantity.
