2.2  Bucket wheel mechanism

懸臂帶式輸送機(jī)的運(yùn)行方式為雙向運(yùn)行。堆料時(shí)出力1100t/h，取料時(shí)出力1100t/h，應(yīng)與運(yùn)煤系統(tǒng)一致。驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置采用機(jī)械外傳動(dòng)方式，制動(dòng)器的選型應(yīng)能滿足帶式輸送機(jī)在最大傾角時(shí)滿負(fù)荷的逆止力，拉緊裝置采用重錘式，驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒為菱形花紋膠面，改向滾筒為膠面。上托輥間距不大于1200mm。下托輥間距不大于3000mm，受料處設(shè)置緩沖托輥，且間距不應(yīng)大于400mm，全部托輥直徑均為Φ159mm，托輥正常使用壽命不小于30000小時(shí)，摩擦阻力系數(shù)不大于 0.022。上下帶面均設(shè)置適合皮帶正反轉(zhuǎn)的調(diào)偏設(shè)備。受料點(diǎn)有封閉導(dǎo)料設(shè)施，帶式輸送機(jī)不撒料，膠帶跑偏量最大不超過 50mm。膠帶承料面和非承料面均應(yīng)設(shè)置清掃裝置。帶式輸送機(jī)上還設(shè)置下列保護(hù)裝置，但不限于此：

Bearing surface and non-bearing surface of rubber belt shall be equipped with cleaning device. Belt conveyor shall also be equipped with following protective devices, but not limited to these:
