1.General requirements of surface treatment before paint spraying

流量計傳感器表面處理采用噴砂去除鋼材表面的氧化皮，達到一定的清潔度和粗糙度，除銹時應防止對設(shè)備表面造成損傷。噴砂采用石英砂磨料，粒度0.3~0.4mm,空氣壓力設(shè)定為4~6kg/cm ²。

1.1.2 Before rust removal, all welding spatters at the welded junction of flowmeter shall be cleaned up by flat spade, hammer or grinding machine;

1.1.3除銹前，流量計焊口處的焊煙痕跡應采用有機溶劑、鐵刷或噴砂方法將其去除；

1.1.3 Before rust removal, welding fume trace at the welded junction of flowmeter shall be wiped out by organic solvent, iron brush or sand blasting method;

1.1.4流量計表面除銹后，應采用壓縮機空氣槍吹去所有可見灰塵，并用抹布擦凈；

1.1.4 After rust removal of flowmeter, all visible dust shall be blown away by compressor air gun and wiped out by cleaning cloth;

1.1.5對于焊接補焊區(qū)，如果可能，應重新噴砂，在不便噴砂的條件下，應用鐵刷、手砂輪或其他方法將焊接飛濺物、焊煙痕跡等清理干凈。
