For the purposes of giving this opinion we have assumed without further enquiry:

This legal opinion is confined to and given on the basis of and governed by the published and publicly available laws and administrative regulations of the PRC (solely for purposes of this opinion, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) effective as at the date hereof. We do not guarantee that any change in such laws or in their interpretations after the date hereof will not affect any of the opinions expressed below. We have not investigated, and we do not express or imply any opinion on, the laws of any other jurisdiction, and we have assumed that no other laws would affect the opinions expressed below in any aspect.
