3.2 Apart from identified fixed fees and expenditures in the project budget, the grantee agrees to keep all other expenditures to the minimum required to achieve the objectives of the project.
3.2 除項(xiàng)目預(yù)算中已確定的固定費(fèi)用和支出以外，受資助方同意將實(shí)現(xiàn)本項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)需要的所有其他支出控制在最低程度。
3.3 In instances where a grantee has multiple grants from the XX within the same time period, the grantee must charge the same set salary rate for staff who are performing work on more than one project at a time.
3.3 若受資助方在同一時(shí)期從XX獲得了多筆資助，受資助方必須以相同的工資水平，向同時(shí)在超過一個(gè)項(xiàng)目中開展工作的人員支付薪酬。
3.4 For any budget changes to the categories of Personnel, Consultants, Conferences, Workshops & Meetings, Travel, Printing & Publications, and Administrative Expenses, when the change is greater than XX% of the agreed budget for that category and the difference is greater than XX, the grantee shall obtain XX’s prior written approval and shall submit the written approval along with the financial reports.
3.4 若對(duì)人事、顧問、會(huì)議、研討會(huì)與會(huì)議、差旅、出版印刷和行政支出等類別的預(yù)算修改幅度超過相關(guān)類別已確定預(yù)算的XX%，且差額超過XX元，受資助方應(yīng)獲得XXX的事先書面批準(zhǔn)，并同時(shí)提交書面批準(zhǔn)和財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告。
3.5 The grantee agrees to be solely liable for costs relating to the project, which exceed the approved budget total and which do not receive the prior written approval of the XX.
3.5 受資助方同意自行承擔(dān)超過批準(zhǔn)預(yù)算總額但未收到XX事先書面批準(zhǔn)的項(xiàng)目相關(guān)成本。
