Digital Transformation Practice in Traffic Governance in Guangzhou City
信息技術發(fā)展推動了交通行業(yè)數字化轉型,數字化如何在交通治理方面發(fā)揮作用有待深入研究。結合數字化發(fā)展情況,提出交通擁堵治理是城市治理的關鍵板塊,數據賦能和動態(tài)管理是城市交通治理的重要抓手和必然要求?;诮煌〞r空大數據處理、一體化交通仿真、道路網閾值界定和交通態(tài)勢分析等關鍵技術探討交通治理如何進行數字化轉型。
The development of information technology has propelled the digital transformation of the transportation industry. However, it is necessary to deeply explore the specific role of digitization in traffic governance. Considering the status of digital development, this paper proposes that traffic congestion management is a crucial part of urban governance, where data empowerment and dynamic management are vital levers and inevitable requirements for urban traffic governance. The paper discusses how traffic governance can undergo digital transformation through key technologies such as the processing of traffic spatio-temporal big data, integrated traffic simulation, definition of thresholds of road networks, and traffic situation analysis.
以廣州市為例,總結在交通運行評價、交通管理政策、信號控制優(yōu)化、交通組織和占道施工管理等方面的數字化治理經驗和主要成效。結果表明,數字化在交通治理中起到了監(jiān)測、體檢、評估、反饋、修訂等作用,使得治理手段更加豐富、應對措施更加精準有效。
Taking Guangzhou City as a case study, it summarizes the digital governance experiences and main achievements in aspects such as traffic operation evaluation, traffic management policies, signal control optimization, traffic organization, and management of road occupation construction. The results indicate that digitization plays roles in monitoring, examination, evaluation, feedback, and revision in traffic governance, hence enriching governance methods and making response measures more precise and effective.
