4.   安全措施。最終用戶應(yīng)自行負(fù)責(zé)提供充分的安全措施，保護(hù)其互聯(lián)網(wǎng)連接和終端設(shè)備（智能手機(jī)、平板設(shè)備、PC等），以及其對通信服務(wù)的訪問數(shù)據(jù)，以避免未經(jīng)授權(quán)的使用或?yàn)E用，避免因不遵守充分的安全措施可能導(dǎo)致的任何后果和/或間接損失。最終用戶同意，自行采取所有必要的安全防范措施，保障通信服務(wù)的使用，避免被未經(jīng)授權(quán)的第三方使用通信服務(wù)。安全防范措施包括以可靠的方式處理使用和訪問權(quán)限，以及在通信服務(wù)使用范圍之內(nèi)的任何身份識別與驗(yàn)證措施。

5.   Reservation of the right to make changes without notice and force majeure.
