Site and Waste Assessment: As part of the FEED, Company personnel will conduct a site and feedstock evaluation as needed for the Company to design the Plant, fabricate equipment, devise an efficient plant layout, account for the necessary integration of the conversion facility with local infrastructure and operations, and issue its warranty as provided in Section 7.  The Customer will collaborate with the Company in the execution of this work with the intent of producing a definitive project plan detailing all activities and completion timelines. The Customer will provide the necessary information on local codes and regulations, for example, environmental protection regulations, to assure that the design of the Plant and its equipment will be in compliance with those codes and regulations.

Equipment Testing, Commissioning and Startup Oversight: The Company will fabricate plant equipment, pre-assemble plant modules, conduct necessary equipment inspection and testing prior to release for shipment to assure conformance with design specifications and functional requirements. The Company will deploy its personnel in a timely manner to the receiving plant site to oversee receipt of the shipped plant modules and the installation of all plant equipment to be done by local personnel.  The Company will also oversee local activities related to the preparation of all equipment for operation, that is, the initial commissioning to make ready for the start of operations.  Plant start-up to be done by local personnel with the assistance as required by personnel from the Company as the initial step towards completion of the warranty demonstration as provided in Section 7.
