A: Pull out all the single boards inside the BSC subrack from the backplane slot to avoid single board burned out by the current of subrack power-on;

B：在BSC機柜頂部的配電盒中將插框所對應的空開撥至“ON”，運行5分鐘后，觀察風扇盒前面板電源指示燈，指示燈為綠色慢閃（1s亮，1s滅）說明插框運行正常，進行C步操作；
