其次，結合歐盟、英國和日本等主要國家和地區(qū)以及東京、倫敦、紐約等國際大城市最新發(fā)布的碳中和戰(zhàn)略文件，分析總結城市交通實現(xiàn)碳中和的發(fā)展策略與路徑。
