The arrangements made by the CPC Central Committee for the construction of Hongqiao International Opening-up Hub have brought significant development opportunities to Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District (“Hongqiao International CBD”). In order to better implement the national strategies such as the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the China International Import Expo (CIIE), the “Hongqiao International Opening-up Hub Building Sub-Forum & 2023 HUB Conference” will be held, during which guests from government departments, business community, academia and research institutions will be invited to share their valuable insights.

Shanghai Hongqiao International CBD is striving to fully implement the requirements of concentrating on strengthening “four major functions” proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and the important instructions on the work of Shanghai Hongqiao International CBD made by Party Secretary Jining CHEN, comprehensively deepen strategic implications in the region, stick closely to integrated, high-quality and international development, and work faster to improve the energy level of regional economy and create various functions, thus facilitating the building of Hongqiao International Opening-up Hub.
