- They shall assist in local capacity building, and facilitate cities subject to the Global Platform for Sustainable Cities in better learning the sustainable development both home and abroad as well as the best practical instances of the building of city assessment models;

2. 世界銀行將提供以下合作服務(wù)：
2.The World Bank shall offer the following cooperation services:

- 作為項(xiàng)目合作的主體，在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)的政府和研究部門，指導(dǎo)并參與內(nèi)部技術(shù)交流；

- As the principal part in the cooperation for this project, the World Bank shall coordinate with relevant government and research departments during the project implementation, and also guide and engage in the internal technical exchanges.

- 邀請(qǐng)專家對(duì)合作形成的城市評(píng)估模型方法與工具成果進(jìn)行咨詢；

- It shall invite experts to offer consultation for the assessment models for cities as well as achievements obtained upon the cooperation;

- 將合作成果納入世界銀行全球可持續(xù)城市發(fā)展平臺(tái)的重要項(xiàng)目工具和方法，優(yōu)先在平臺(tái)的相關(guān)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用，并向國(guó)內(nèi)其他城市推廣，如組織會(huì)議交流和培訓(xùn)、舉行工具發(fā)布會(huì)等。

- It shall incorporate the cooperation achievements into the catalogue of instruments and methodologies of key projects subject to the Global Platform for Sustainable Cities of the World Bank and regard them as the first choice when they are applied in projects related to the platform, and meanwhile shall promote them to other domestic cities via forms like meetings for exchange and training, and presentations for these instruments.
