因公共汽車站容量不足、防護(hù)設(shè)施缺失、距離交叉口過近等問題引發(fā)的安全事故日益增多,開展公交車站安全運(yùn)營評估以有效消除安全隱患迫在眉睫。從車站基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、安全配套設(shè)施、車站空間布局三個(gè)方面將公交車站安全運(yùn)營評估的內(nèi)容劃分為7小類22小項(xiàng)。結(jié)合對18 項(xiàng)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范條款的梳理與分析,給出車站各要素的參考設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評估公交車站存在的安全隱患,并結(jié)合實(shí)施條件制定針對性的改善對策。最后,以深圳市東門中路公交車站安全改善工程為例,評估改善實(shí)施效果。

Given the growing number of accidents caused by the insufficient capacity, lack of protective facilities and too short distance from intersections, among other issues of bus stations, it is extremely urgent to carry out an assessment on the safety operation of bus stations so as to eliminate potential risks. This paper divides the contents of the assessment into 22 items under 7 types from three perspectives, including infrastructure, ancillary safety facilities and spatial arrangement of bus stations. After summarizing and analyzing 18 relevant standards, rules and provisions, the paper provides the reference design criteria for each element of the stations. The paper then evaluates the potential risks of bus stations based on the criteria and provides well-targeted improvement strategy in light of specific implementation conditions. Finally, the paper takes the project of improving safety operation of bus stations of Dongmen Middle Road, Shenzhen as an example to evaluate the effect of improvement strategy.

伴隨城市蔓延、軌道交通成網(wǎng)、用地開發(fā)等發(fā)展條件,大城市綜合交通環(huán)境日益復(fù)雜。如何拓展評估邊界、深化評估技術(shù)、提升評估頻率和延伸評估視角成為傳統(tǒng)城市交通評估技術(shù)體系面臨的四個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題。首先介紹交通領(lǐng)域大數(shù)據(jù)的組成、特征及應(yīng)用情況。通過深度挖掘交通運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生的多源異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù),建立集統(tǒng)計(jì)、關(guān)聯(lián)、預(yù)測于一體的交通大數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺和專題評估子系統(tǒng),形成面向多層次、多領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用需求的一體化綜合交通模型體系。最后,基于深圳市的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐情況,闡述城市交通綜合評估技術(shù)從城市到區(qū)域、從宏觀到微觀、從靜態(tài)到動態(tài)、從土地到環(huán)境的轉(zhuǎn)變。
The overall transport landscape in large cities have appeared increasingly complicated given urban sprawl, rail transit networking and land-use development, among other development conditions. In this case, how to expand evaluation boundary, deepen evaluation technology, improve evaluation efficiency and extend evaluation perspective have become four critical issues faced by the traditional system of urban transit evaluation technology. This paper initially provides insights into the composition, features and application of big data in the transport field. By tapping into multi-source isomerous data generated from transport operation in an in-depth way, the paper then puts in place a transport big data analysis platform integrating statistics, correlation and forecasts and a special evaluation sub-system, and establishes a holistic system of comprehensive transport model that accommodates multi-tiered and multi-field application demands. Finally, the paper points out the transition of the comprehensive urban transport evaluation technology from city to region, from macroscopic to microscopic views, from static to dynamic states, and from land to environment.
