The inaugural International Biopharma Industry Week Shanghai 2021 (IBIWS 2021) has been the largest global conference ever seen in the life health sector since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The biopharma industry represents one of the three forerunner industries of Shanghai in its push to “pool strong forces and move faster to make development breakthroughs”. Bringing together some of the top-level scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors in the biopharma sector around the globe, IBIWS 2021 successfully built a world-class lounge for the biopharma industry.

IBIWS2022 will continue to serve as a “high-end, market-based, distinctive, and international” platform that demonstrates innovative achievements and facilitates cooperation and exchange, thereby helping Shanghai accelerate its pace to grow into a globally influential heartland for biopharma innovation and to build a world-class biopharma industrial cluster.
IBIWS 2022由上海市生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展領導小組指導，上海市生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)促進中心等單位共同主辦。
Under the guidance of the Shanghai Biopharma Industry Development Leading Group, IBIWS 2022 will be co-organized by institutions including Shanghai Biopharma Industry Promotion Center.
本屆產(chǎn)業(yè)周將于9月25日-30日舉辦，由1場高規(guī)格的開幕式、N場高層級的同期活動，X場高水平的主題論壇組成，聚焦生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)能級提升的行動方案與路徑探索為主線，以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群之凝聚力，以創(chuàng)新突破之變革力，同心協(xié)力加速共推生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)全鏈蓬勃發(fā)展。
Slated to take place from September 25 to 30, IBIWS 2022 will consist of 1 high-standard opening ceremony, n high-level concurrent activities, and X high-level theme forums. With a focus on how to formulate an action plan and explore a path to upgrading the biopharma industry, these events will aim to work faster to trigger a boom across the entire biopharma industrial chain, harnessing the cohesive force of the industrial cluster and the transformational force of innovative breakthroughs.
