It shall be Lessee’s obligation to make immediate replacement and/or repairs at his expense for any damage to the unit including, but not limited to, windows, doors, toilet, batch, kitchen, floors, ceilings, walls, including electrical and water system facilities, and other parts of the leased building.

Lessor shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to Lessee s property, equipment, furniture and effects, including wrongful death / or any criminal/civil charges, which Lessee, his guests, or other occupants living with him may sustain within the leased premises or whole building/compound.
出租人對承租人資產(chǎn)、設(shè)備、家具和個人財產(chǎn)的任何損害、損失或損壞不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任,包括承租人及其客人或與其同住的其他居住者在出租房屋內(nèi)或房屋所在建筑/院落內(nèi)發(fā)生的非正當(dāng)死亡/或任何刑事/民事指控。
