Notices. Written notices, requests, and approvals under this Agreement must be delivered by mail or email to the other party’s primary contact specified on the Agreement Signature Page, or as otherwise directed, in advance, by the other party.

Further Assurances. The parties agree to execute and deliver any further instruments or documents and perform any additional acts which are or may become necessary to effectuate and carry on the obligations created by this Agreement.
