During the term of cooperation, Party B shall not supply or sell the Products to any third party without Party A’s written confirmation; otherwise, Party B shall be deemed to have seriously violated the provisions hereof. If Party B finds out that any potential client intends to purchase the Products hereunder, it shall actively maintain relations with the client and report to Party A in writing.
