This conference comes at a very special moment for rising Barcelona. 2 months ago, we launched the city's first ever AI strategy. For us, AI represents a three-field opportunity.
巴塞羅那正走在發(fā)展的路上，此次大會的召開，適逢我市一個(gè)非常特別的時(shí)期。2個(gè)月前，我們發(fā)布了巴塞羅那第一項(xiàng)人工智能發(fā)展策略。對于我們而言，人工智能帶來了三個(gè)方面的機(jī)會。
First, it represents our best chance to foster an upscale innovation in the city and among its companies, startups and research centers.
首先，人工智能為我們在城市、企業(yè)、初創(chuàng)公司和研究中心擴(kuò)大創(chuàng)新規(guī)模創(chuàng)造了契機(jī)。
Second, it is an opportunity to build more effective and efficient public services doing more with less resources.
其次，人工智能為我們提供了提高公共服務(wù)效果和效率以及節(jié)約資源的機(jī)會。
And third, AI has the potential to transform the relationship between public institutions and citizen with adequate algorithms and data. We can move from a reactive administration to delivering proactive public services to those who need them most.
第三，人工智能通過恰當(dāng)?shù)乃惴ê妥銐虻臄?shù)據(jù)，有潛力改變公共機(jī)構(gòu)與市民之間的關(guān)系。我們可以從被動響應(yīng)式的政府，轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄蛴衅惹行枨蟮氖忻裰鲃犹峁┕卜?wù)。
