SIAE is a comprehensive asset trading platform affiliated with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Government of Sanya, Hainan Province, and the only platform for cross-border transfer of credit assets in Hainan Province.
交易中心是由海南省人民政府批復同意設(shè)立，并由三亞國際交易集團有限公司、海南金融控股股份有限公司、亞聯(lián)盟資產(chǎn)管理有限公司與雄安鏈點科技有限公司共同組建的綜合性資產(chǎn)交易平臺。
SIAE was established with the approval of the People’s Government of Hainan Province, and is a comprehensive asset trading platform. It is jointly formed by Sanya International Exchange Group Co., Ltd., Hainan Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., AFCA AMC Co., Ltd. and Hebei Xiong’an Unite Points Technology Co., Ltd.

SIAE follows government guidance and conducts market-based operations. Located in Hainan, SIAE offers the whole country an open and fair trading platform for various assets. It also promotes reasonable, cross-regional and cross-border allocation of financial elements, and serves the development of the real economy.
為推進海南自由貿(mào)易港建設(shè)，進一步提升跨境投資自由化便利化水平，經(jīng)國家外匯管理局海南省分局下發(fā)的《境內(nèi)信貸資產(chǎn)對外轉(zhuǎn)讓試點業(yè)務(wù)備案通知》（編號：2020001）要求，批準三亞國際資產(chǎn)交易中心成為“境內(nèi)信貸資產(chǎn)對外轉(zhuǎn)讓業(yè)務(wù)”試點代理機構(gòu)。
In order to boost the development of Hainan Free Trade Port and to further liberalize and facilitate cross-border investment, SIAE was approved to become the pilot agency of outbound transfer of domestic credit assets, meeting the requirements of the Notice on the Recordation of the Pilot Program of the Outbound Transfers of Domestic Credit Assets (No. 2020001).
