The Company has been responsible and participated in a wide range of major urban big data, urban brain, and urban planning governance projects, including the urban problem inspection for Beijing; monitoring of the big data on the indicators of Beijing (covering people’s access to childcare, education, employment, medical services, elderly care, housing, and social assistance and people’s demand for convenience, livability, safety, justice, and diversity); the Urban Brain for Huilongguan and Tiantongyuan Communities; the Brain for Shuangjing Subdistrict; Beijing Municipal Big Data Platform for Law-enforcing of City Administration; Beijing Municipal Collaborative Management Platform for Governance Big Data of Core Areas; and a special study on standard big data of Xiong'an New Area. In addition, the Company has undertaken the project of Shuangjing Subdistrict International Pilot Community on Sustainable Development initiated by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), which has received China’s first community-level pilot certification. Currently City Quadrant has become an influential Beijing-based think tank. Since 2017, through special reporting of information and public sentiment, special reporting of supervisions, and other channels of the city, more than 10 of City Quadrant’s reports have received instructions from leaders of Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Beijing Municipal Government, contributing to better government work in many aspects.
其中雙井聯(lián)合國(guó)人居署國(guó)際可持續(xù)發(fā)展試點(diǎn)社區(qū)項(xiàng)目，自2019年開始，北京城市象限科技有限公司以責(zé)任規(guī)劃師的身份主導(dǎo)策劃、深度參與了全國(guó)首個(gè)聯(lián)合國(guó)可持續(xù)試點(diǎn)社區(qū)——北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)雙井街道的社區(qū)治理及營(yíng)造工作。
Most notably, since 2019, City Quadrant—as the responsible planner—has been planning and deeply involved in the community governance and construction work of China’s first UN pilot sustainable community—Shuangjing Subdistrict International Pilot Community on Sustainable Development initiated by the UN-Habitat.
